This model is Sound of China's 53" travel-size guzheng. All the materials, including soundboards, frames, strings, and bridges, are carefully selected by Sound of China professionals.
This guzheng is made of natural paulownia soundboards. Both the top and bottom soundboards are made from a single piece of paulownia that has been air-dried for at least one year. The frame is made of laminated rosewood with a Chinese "Bamboo & Orchid" painting design. The bridges are made of rosewood with buffalo bone saddles. The strings are made of German steel, providing professional quality yet soft enough for beginners to learn bending.
This instrument is our basic model that sounds clean with resonant bass. It offers excellent quality and craftsmanship at a budget price.
