Shipping Cost and Estimated Shipping Time:
All products are free shipping within the 48 continental states. Products are shipped within 1-3 business days after order received. For instruments and stands, we ship via FedEx or UPS. It normally takes 2-3 days for delivery to West Coast, and 5 days to East Coast. For textbooks and CD materials, we ship via USPS. The delivery time is estimated to be 2-14 days. Please contact us for express shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:
We offer excellent quality products with great price. We guarantee all our products are shipped out in perfect condition. If for some reason, buyer is not satisfied with our instrument, please contact us within 7 days for return or exchange. We'll process your return after we received the products back. All returns must be in the original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for refund. There is no refund on shipping charge.
Claims against Damages and Loss:
Our products are shipped with full insurance against damage and loss. If there is any damages or loss occurred, we kindly ask you to report the damages or loss to the shipping carrier, and have the shipping carrier take it back through "damage call-tag". We will deal with shipping carrier for insurance claim on instruments and all purchased materials. A replacement will be sent immediately after we received the damaged products back. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund. All damages must go through insurance claims. We will not be responsible for damage items returned to us without going through the insurance claim.
