This concert collection Indian Rosewood guzheng is 100% handmade by the well-respected Taiwanese maker Cai Yuanhong. Songbo guzhengs by Master Cai have been a highlight of the Shanghai Music Show.
Master Cai's guzhengs are known for their brilliant and sweet high notes, clean middle range, and full deep bass. The sound is even and balanced, with long-lasting string rings. The instrument features a collection grade single-piece paulownia soundboard and backboard with a Madagascar Rosewood frame.
Master Cai, with 40 years of experience and a professional guzheng player himself, incorporates several carefully carved tone bars underneath the soundboard to perfect the instrument's sound. This guzheng is truly one of a kind and stands in a class of its own.
This model is hand-selected by our professional Yukina at the factory. All the bridges and strings are fine-tuned and adjusted to ensure the best sound quality.
The model comes with a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. It includes a 2-piece stand, finger picks, soft case, guzheng chromatic tuner, and 1-7 spare strings.
