This beautiful instrument, Model #11A, is made from paulownia wood that has been naturally air-dried for a minimum of 11 years. The #11A is the latest model from Scarlet Bird, designed to be the perfect overall guzheng. The body has been slimmed down to create a more balanced and even tone. The sound is perfect in every range, with a clean, clear, and solid tone across the strings. Despite this, it still retains Scarlet Bird's famous warm and deep voice. Compared to the #10 series, the #11A has a more balanced range.
