We are proud to introduce the new Sound of China travel size guzheng. This beautiful guzheng is custom-designed by Sound of China Guzheng Music. All the materials, including soundboards, frames, strings, and bridges, are carefully selected by Sound of China professionals. The top and bottom soundboards are both made from a single piece of paulownia, dried using a special Shanghai method that provides the classical sweet tone of the guzheng. The frame is made from laminated rosewood decorated with floral patterns. We put in extra effort to make this travel-size guzheng comparable in sound quality to a standard-size guzheng.

The string spacing is exactly like the standard size. Most travel-size guzhengs have smaller string spacing, which can cause players to pluck the wrong string when switching between the two sizes.

We also want to make it affordable so everyone can enjoy this beautiful instrument. It offers excellent quality and craftsmanship at a budget price.

It comes with a free set of finger picks and adhesive tape, hardwood bridge set, tuning wrench, soft bag, and spare 1-7 strings. We provide an easy-to-follow setup instruction manual. Help with setup and playing is also offered over the phone or internet free of charge.

“繁花”使用仿红木边板、泡桐面板、硬木筝码。筝体设计经过改良，发音如同标准尺寸古筝一般有张力有共鸣，不似一般小古筝音色干涩。此筝音色清甜，方便携带，适合放筝地方不大或需要经常旅行的筝友。附赠古筝专用调音器、软包、指甲、1-7备用弦。
